Kaimai Family Television Network Trust (KFTN)
KFTN was established in November 2000 as a registered charitable trust.
This trust acts as the foundation for the vision of 'family safe' broadcasting, and as the major asset holder.
tvCentral is wholly owned by the Trust, as is AlphaMedia Productions Ltd.
The assets & vision of TV Rotorua are also under the trust.
Directorship is common between all the divisions and activities of the group of companies.
